Terms and Conditions
Ordering from quixoticcandles.co.nz means you accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Payment
All prices are in NZD.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
Candles will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
Once payment has been received all orders are final and no adjustments or cancelations can be made.
When making your payment, please use your name for 'reference' and add 'online order', e.g:

Postage and Packaging
$8 within Auckland
$15 North Island
$19 South Island
Postage is dependent on weight.
Please get in touch if you are purchasing more than one candle.
Delivery
Delivery is by track and trace courier service.
All orders are dispatched between 2-5 working days.
Please get in touch if your candle is damaged due to delivery within 2 days of receiving your package.
Refunds
All Quixotic candles are poured with love and care.
Each candle is individually inspected, however, discrepancies can occur due to environmental temperature and unforeseen circumstances.
Please get in touch within 2 days if you have an issue with your candle.
